New large roadwork sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2622782.

When crossing the road on a horse from south to north horse and rider are completely hidden by sign. Drivers unaware of danger rider unable to view road to cross Ideally sign could be moved onwards a metre or two if permits
