Litter, litter, everywhere

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2621162.

The whole stretches of the A38 verge, up to the M1 and beyond are covered in ever-increasing amounts of litter.

It is very sad having to drive this route and see the litter building week by week.
