Appalling litter on a27

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2613318.

THE WHOLE LENGTH OF the A27 between Worthing and Brighton is a MESS with litter on both sides. I consider this a serious risk to the safety of drivers, given the way plastic blows around in the wind. this is not litter chucked out of cars this is INDUSTRIAL stuff, LARGE sheets of plastic etc etc. i have reported this before and Highways England tell me it is nothing to do with them. now if there were to be an accident caused by litter blowing up across a windscreen Adur council would be TAKEN TO COURT.....please please clean this up!
