The M4 from 10 to 12 Westbound seems to be finished

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2610008.

Despite the lack of any workers or equipment and along what would appear to be completed works, a lane is still coned off from J10 to J12 of the M4 and the signs say revenue is still being collected if we exceed 50 mph.
