Effluent from/around roadside service building

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2607708.

There is a small service building and drainage system from which a small amount of effluent looks and smells to coming, it is flowing out onto the public bridleway at the bottom of the embankment. The building and drain is on the outer (Headley) side of the M25 , about 200 yards along the bridleway from Tilley Lane.

  • Effluent is actively flowing from / around the building onto the public bridleway. An alarm box on the building is sounding and its light flashing - this was at approx 1200 Sun 11 April.
