Balancing large branch in bushes/trees pointing into bypass lane

Reported via mobile in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 14:17, Sun 14 March 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2607610.

Very large! Branch hanging/balancing in trees over road. Could easily fall down into the fast moving traffic and cause an accident. It is located in the trees to the side of the bypass but is actually hanging over into the road, if a big gust of wind came it may fall/slide directly into a car windscreen. I noticed it a few days ago and would say it is already moving down into the lane- hense this message.
