Considerable amount of fly-tipped rubbish

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2603920.

There is a considerable amount of fly-tipped rubbish on an area known as 'Stone Cross' in Lifton, Devon, just off of the A30. The rubbish is made up of various types of plastic, bags, black tyres & general debris. This has been reported to West Devon Borough Council & Devon County Council Highways and both say this parcel of land is not their responsibility.
