Safety critical issue

Good Afternoon Humberside Police,

I have just rung into Highways England to report a obstruction on the A1033, also known as Hedon Road in Hull near to house No 1071, I am sure if the Highways England control room call handler could understand me, but they said that the job would be passed to the traffic police to remove the obstruction.

The obstruction is: Subway advertising flag form the nearby service station has blown into the live carriageway

And the exact location is: 1071 Hedon Rd, Hull HU9 5QJ - Eastbound carriageway as if you're heading from Hull to Withernesea
