My house backs onto the A63,and the start of the motorway lights is right in the middle of my view, could not believe it ,no one as given any thought about this,a few yards away and it could have been near the row or offices carpark. How bright is this going to be i sleep in backbedroom. i never received a letter telling me a huge lamppost was going to block my view

Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report. Unfortunately without an address we are unable to determine the location of the relevant lamp column. Letters were sent out prior to this scheme advising of the work. The previous existing lighting was removed from the centre reserve in October 2020, to facilitate the construction of the concrete barrier. Replacement lighting columns are now being installed along the westbound verge. We cannot install replacement columns in the centre reserve due to the concrete barrier.
