I want to express my horror at the current state of the whole expressway from the Tamar Bridge until Marsh Mills(my route to work before I leave the A38), I am so dismayed at the state of it all, along the whole length - verges, mid sections everywhere is appalling. Litter, tyres, road sign debris, metal signs, large items and general litter. I seriously hope this is addressed quickly. Such a disgusting eyesore to the Westcountry!
