Damaged road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2596411.

An extended area has opened in the top tarmac coat in one lane below the White Hill Lane gantry which is positioned just before the White Hill Lane bridge, clockwise. causing booming noises when run over by HGV`s
