Pot hole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2582077.

Once again this pot hole has returned, and is shaking my house night and day every time a lorry hits it. This hole was very badly repaired about a month ago, but now it is worse than ever and prevents us from having a full nights sleep because of the noise and vibration. Please can you repair this road surface properly?

    Our inspectors have been out to the location since your report and have rectified anything that needed doing. Unfortunately the temporary repairs are just that and their performance has different outcomes depending on different factors such as weather and traffic load.

    A business case has been raised for this area for resurfacing however in the meantime our inspectors will continually monitor this area to ensure that their are no defects that will cause a safety concern.
