Litter A27 Lancing to Brighton

Hi Guys there is litter on the A27 lancing to Brighton carriageway its all in the grass verges loads of rubbish why is it not being picked up ? Can someone pick up the rubbish please its obviously been cut to pieces when the grass verges were cut its scattered everywhere
