Litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2569400.

Have travelled between junctions 10 and 8 today and am appalled at the amount of litter and rubbish strewn along the verges between these points. The stretch of road travelled is an 'eyesore' and an environmental disgrace.
