New gantries - sign lighting

In the current smart motorway construction on the M4 between j12 and j8/9 in both direction numerous overhead gantries with signs giving direction have been installed and illuminated , But at night some of the illumination needs to be adjusted downwards as is shinning over the top of the sign and causing brightness to on coming drivers in the opposite side of the carriageway like raised headlights and is dangerous to drivers. . This section of the M4 motorway has no other lighting. the worst one is highlighted on the map , but others still need adjusting correctly.
