Why are you closing reports without taking action ? Extensive littering on slip road leading from A27 to roundabout on both sides also complete mess A27 to Patcham both sides

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about the amount of litter observed on the A27 at Patcham. However, litter responsibilities on A-roads lie with local authorities. In this instance this would be Brighton and Hove City Council. They can be contacted at cityclean@brighton-hove.gov.uk to report and understand how they manage their responsibilities.
