Damaged timber bollard

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2564088.

HE infrastructure damage at SK709429. Timber bollard placed to prevent vehicular access along public bridleway no18, struck by vehicle and now broken at ground level. Requires replacement to prevent other vehicle access to protect public safety.
