Broken fencing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2554611.

The issue is not on the A30 it is on the road just north of where I marked on the map but that wanted to send the issue to Devon County Council but I am reporting this to you from Devon County Council. The issue here is broken fencing adjacent to the highway and to the bridleway. I have undertaken a land registry seach and Highways England owns the land here. The fence is not having any impact on users of the bridleway but it does need repair or removing.
