Litter everywhere!

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2547905.

I have never seen so much litter as there is on the hard shoulders & the immediately adjacent verges, on both the north bound & southbound carriageways of the M53 Jct 5-2 and Jct 2-5. I have no idea when the M53 was litter-picked but is a badly in need of it now. It is in a shameful state.
