On the bridge over th A46 between Anstey and the A6

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2547852.

There is a sign hung saying 'RNAVAC alters DNA' This is misinformation and puts the safety of the public at risk!! Sign is visible on the northbound carriageway from the A46.

    Our inspector visited the location and agrees that this sign needs to be removed to ensure the safety of road users.

    As such, a repair is planned, and we aim to complete this no later than Monday 15 March 2021.

    Although we always aim to complete the repairs as planned, the date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

    We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed or, in exceptional circumstances, a revised date.
