Large tree branch snapped off and hanging down in layby Eastbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2543776.

Very Large and long tree branch snapped off and hanging down supported by the branches of the tree it snapped off from. (hard to see at a glance) Has been like this since storm Dennis. Tree involved has orange netting wrapped around it. Layby on A27 Pevensey and Westham bypass Eastbound. SERIOUS Accident waiting to happen as the branch is long enough to reach the main highway and very heavy if it were to fall on someone parked underneath it!!!!!!
