Cutting up litter
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2537686.
The litter along this road is a disgrace. However is has been compounded by some workman who used a remote tractor vehicle to cut the grass on the banks last week. They did not pick up the litter first so they have cut it up into tiny fragments. This is an environmental disaster as you will never get rid of it now. I have contacted both Leicester city and Leicestershire councils but they tell me it is your responsibility. Have you no sense?
