Damaged street light anstey lane/ a46 slip

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2532218.

Rta happend yesterday where a street light was snapped leaving exposed cables sticking up and lamp post laying on the floor and is still like it now and seems to be very dangerous
