Central Bollards on A49 not working and need repairs

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2531064.
The Central Bollards on the A49 opposite the Moreton on Lugg village junction are in need of repairs. Some are very dim and difficult to see at night and the remaining bollards are not working at all - making it difficult for drivers to turn off the A49 into the village. This problem has been ongoing for a number of months and has been an issue since around November 2020 last year.

Thank you for your patience whilst we looked into your report. We're aware of the issues with the bollards in this area. Our electrical team are currently programming in the repair work in this area alongside other commitments and safety critical work. Unfortunately I don’t have a date this will be done as of yet. Thank you for the update on repairs - much appreciated. However, when the Electrical Team carry out the repairs to the Bollards - please request that they review the overall lighting at the junction as it is very dim and often inadequate...
