Lots of litter at side of M65 and sliproads

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2528235.

M65 near Burnley and Padiham looks like a tip. I hadn’t been on it for a while and was shocked. Terrible for the environment and an awful advert for our region.
