Highway maintance lorry parking

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2510697.

A highway maintenance is constantly being left parked at the hatchings , no work is going on , i believe it belongs to a contractor , has been left there for 3 days now despite an abundance of laybys in the near vicinity
