Dear Ida,
I wish to raise a concern about the poor state of the A2 Dover bound between Wincheap and the Bridge junctions. I am a motorcyclist and there is a stretch of quite severe rucking along this section that I believe is dangerous to both cars and motorcycles. This problem has been addressed in the past during resurfacing but returned quite soon. I fear the state of the road could lead to an accident, particularly if someone is not familiar with the road. Motorcycles are particularly vulnerable and it badly unsettled my bike’s suspension on a recent journey.
Anything you can do to assess the risk and address the the underlying stability of this road section would be appreciated.

This is still a major issue as seems to be getting worse. A severe hazard to all road users especially when wet, as it's on a continuous bend, and the vehicle often slides out when going over several of these severe road bumps
