Traffic lights not working.

As you come off of the A127 onto the M25 the traffic lights are not working. These have not been working for four weeks.

HI I travel to Dartford every day and for a few weeks now the traffic lights at the A127 junction with the M25. Also the inside lane there is for works access only and the wording has worn out so you can't read that. Now as I travel each day I know this but yesterday there was lorry driver who didn't and he nearly crashed into me coming in from the inside lane. 1 Why are the traffic lights not working and they haven't been working for weeks this is going to cause a major accident. 2 The inside lane needs to be repainted so people know it's for works traffic only. Traffic lights are still not working this is a major junction and is very busy at all time, this is unacceptable that these lights have not been working since before Xmas 2020. I have nearly been involved in 3 accidents here. When are these light going to be switched back on?
