Slip road, multiple potholes, all lanes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2496900.

The northbound exit slip Road has got a breaking up road surface and potholes across all 3 lanes. This is right in the braking zone for the roundabout. It could cause a driver to have steering/braking affected just at the point where maximum effectiveness is needed.
