Faulty safety barriers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2484456.

There is a temporary speed limit in place along this section of the A3 due to the safety barriers being damaged. When will these be fixed? This is causing congestion and many drivers ignore the speed limit.
