Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

Fly tipping will need a truck more than a boot full. Been in location for several months, reported to Somerset west and Taunton council who says its highways England responsibility. Location north bound carriageway stop on hard shoulder south side of Langaller bridge and walk up the back you will see the rubbish. Or access can be gained via Langaller rd, Creech st michael.
