This cable has somehow been partially pulled out of the ground, it is in a loop that is very dangerous for unsighted people who could easily catch their leg in it and fall onto the road!!

    There is also a large branch now hanging over the path, near the cable ( still there ) near the fly tipping ( still there )

  • The branch across the path has been removed, but the cable cable has just been pushed back into the verge, ( a bit like sweeping crumbs under the carpet )
