Graffiti on underside of the M3 bridge on Poles Lane, Otterbourne, Winchester, Hampshire. Closest Postcode SO21 2DS.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2462935.

The graffiti is on the underside of the M3 bridge which passes over Poles Lane, Otterbourne. It is on both sides of the concrete stanchions and is potentially racist. It has been there for 4 months and requires cleaning off. It was reported to Winchester City Council and Hampshire County Council, but they will not attend to it as it is Highways England property. Mrs J Ayre, Clerk, Otterbourne Parish Council.
