This fencing has been down for 4 months and separates a footpath from the M3 embankment

This Fence is located on the foot path to the foot bridge over the M3 at the end of Fintry Walk. It separates the footpath from the Motorway.

Today is April 22nd 2021. The fencing is still down and this was reported January 4th 2021. 3 Months and this still has not been resolved? Why has this not been repaired?
