Sudden change of road grip

A46 heading west from A57 / Carholme Road Roundabout immediately after roundabout in the outside lane there is a sudden change in road grip causing sudden loss of grip. I drive a rear wheel drive vehicle and on several occassions have had a sudden slide of the rear of the vehicle when entering this section of tarmac. This is potentially an accident in the making.
