Graffiti artists seen at work last thursday sprayed tag on western side of concrete pier . 2 lads aged tween 16-18 one with dark shoulder length hair , the other short cropped hair . made off towards junction of Merton Lane - Iffin Lane , probably making for either New Hse lane or down to Cockering Rd via fields or down to Hollow Lane and Wincheap . may be at students from College? can supply pic if reqd
