Block on underpass out of place

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2443170.

I noticed one of the blocks lining the entrance of the tunnel on the cycle track from Preston Farm to Stockton West Bowls club underneath the A66 is out of place.
