M65 Junction 4 ( both ways)

I joined the M65 at lower Darwen going to Preston 10/12/20 and the slip road was like a rubbish dump. It was the same all along the M65 and the same coming home. It desperately needs to be cleaned up.

Updates

  • The amount of litter on the M65 verges, especially around junctions 4 and 5 is appalling. On the east bound slip road after junction 4 there is an almost unbelievable amount of cans and bottles. Why is this never cleaned up? It is an invitation for litterers to continue to foul the motorway and makes me very angry and ashamed of where I live.
