  • 2 blocked gullies as you leave Elwick village after 20 mph sign heading for Hartlepool. Water is gushing off field near Elwick house constantly flooding road, casing you to drive in centre if road. If this is jot resolved and it freezes there will be a serious accident head on with another car speeding does the bank. The blocked gullies are adding to the problem. Thank you .
