Inside lane of A23 is covered in mud from lorries exiting their waste dumping ground

Not sure how this access with little or no slip road is allowed to continue being used by hundreds of lumbering 8-wheeler tipper lorries every day. They pull out of the access with poor visibility, directly onto the inside lane of this fast-moving section of the A23 - and at this time of year spread mud from their wheels down the road. This is a serious accident waiting to happen and the access must be shut or made to comply with current standards.
