Extremely slippery surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2402937.

Noticalbe on the two occassions that I have used this road over the past 3 weeks - The surface of the outer lane heading towards Birchwood is extremely slippery. Possibly a diesel spliiage or something similar. Definitely not water or ice, as occassions have been dry and temperatures above 7 degrees C.
