Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2397475.

A chain link perimeter fence has been cut through, it would appear to access a 'control box' description 103/8 B EI. The fence now gives access to anyone to enter or leave the motorway via steps leading down to the carridgeways. This damage is close to houses SO230QW and is of real concern. Neighbourhood watch coordinator. Chalk Ridge Winchester
