A63 speed limit

Reported via mobile in the Roadworks (NH) category anonymously at 07:30, Tue 17 November 2020

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2391264.

There is a 40 mph average speed limit on the A63 to protect every one during works. How come the hgvs seem to be able to go faster in the out side lane with no central barrier

  • HI Unfortunately if a road user choses to travel beyond the recommended speed limit they are breaking the law. They should be reported to the police if a registration is taken. We are unfortunately unable to control the behaviours of the traveling public.
