A21 Tonbridge By Pass

All drains need to be cleaned urgently on Tonbridge by pass from Quarry Hill junction to Weterham Junction. This is on both caridgeways. Drains are blocked by leaves and there is a flooding risk to the roadway. This is urgent and requires immediate attention to avoid possible collisions and accidents caused by flooding.
