Northbound cats eyes broken

Location is not exact. I travel M5northbound jct 29 - 26 and there are large stretches of motorway where the cats eyes do not work (probably around 50% has broken cats eyes). It’s dangerous and pretty scary driving in the dark when it’s raining not being able to see any lane markings. Can these please be fixed?
Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning the cats eyes on the M5. We shall look into this issue and aim to provide a response by 24 November.
Can we please ask that you check back on this date for an update.
