Kerb stone dislodged

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10186720.

Kerb stone is out of place and sticking up. This has happened several times and has in the past been re tarmac back into place. Would like the kerb slopped into the road instead of a drop, if possible to stop this reoccurring. Many thanks
