M4 delay

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10181799.

With the M4 delays yesterday someone should have adjusted the lights to get back on to the M4 west at J17. The lights were barely letting anyone though yet you had the entire M4 traffic coming through the diversion. It took 4 hours to do 125 miles. An utter disgrace of mismanagement.
