Drainage issues into a business property

Our office building backs onto the A34 & the road works that are being done. Over the past week / 10 days we have experienced issues with our office drainage to when this has been looked at, debris has been found coming through our drainage system and has caused a blockage. We have been advised that works are required to deal with the drainage system and believe that this has now affected ours. We wish for someone to visit to take a look at this as a matter of urgency please.
