Shoddy repair

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10159620.

A large gap in the cycle path has been filed with tarmac but with lots of holes not filled. Really bad workmanship

    Our inspector visited the site on 1 October 2026 and confirmed that no defects were identified on the footpath at the location indicated by the pin. The footpath on the eastbound side also appears to be relatively new and remains in good condition.

    If the pin location was submitted incorrectly, please resubmit your report with the correct location details. If the issue is located away from the A27, it may fall under the responsibility of the relevant local authority rather than National Highways, and may not be reportable via the Fix My Street platform.
