New accident

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10119977.

Once again a car has lost control on the slip road and crossed the footpath. Luckily the accident was less serious as the lamp post has already been demolished after the previous collision. We need crash barriers to protect the foot path
